The Agilent 1200 Series G1314B variable wavelength detector is designed for highest optical performance, GLP compliance and easy maintenance with higher data rate (27/55Hz) for fast-HPLC, deuterium lamp for highest intensity and lowest detection limit over a wavelength range of 190 to 600 nm, the detector also features easy front access to lamp and flow cell for fast replacement, and built-in holmium oxide filter for fast wavelength accuracy verification.
Model 3300 ELSD is designed for use with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems to analyze any sample compound that has sufficiently lower volatility than the mobile phase. Some of its possible application areas include carbohydrates, pharmaceuticals, lipids, triglycerides, underivatized fatty and amino acids, polymers, surfactants, nutraceuticals, and combinatorial libraries. Evaporative light scattering detection eliminates common problems associated with other HPLC detectors. Refractive Index (RI) detectors can be complicated by solvent front interferences, baseline instability, and gradient incompatibility. RI detectors can also have a less sensitive response than ELSD. Low-wavelength UV can suffer baseline drift with steep gradients and also requires that the analyte contains a chromophore. ELSD does not have these limitations. It can achieve stable baselines with multisolvent gradients for improved resolution and faster separations. Also, since ELSD response does not depend on the sample’s optical characteristics, the sample does not require a chromophore or fluorophore for detection.
The FLUOstar Omega is a multifunctional microplate reader that supports a wide variety of applications and the following reading modes: fluorescence intensity, time-resolved fluorescence, absorbance and luminescence.
This high-performance, tangential flow filtration (TFF) system is ideally suited for process development, process scale-up, and sample preparation. This TFF system can be operated in two modes: Concentration and Continuous diafiltration. The Labscale TFF System was specifically designed to operate the Pellicon XL 50 cassette. This cassette can be directly docked into the system reservoir, eliminating the need for tubing connections. This feature, in addition to the diaphragm pump assembly, provides a final working volume of <15 mL. The system’s graduated 500 mL acrylic reservoir includes a retentate back pressure valve, feed and retentate pressure indicators, a stirrer assembly and diaphragm pump assembly. The system’s graduated 500 mL acrylic reservoir includes a retentate back pressure valve, feed and retentate pressure indicators, a stirrer assembly and diaphragm pump assembly. All wetted parts meet the requirements of USP Class VI testing and CFR 21 regulations.
Savant RVT4104 Refrigerated Vapor Trap from Thermo Scientific effectively condenses and traps a wide variety of solvent vapors that can contaminate and degrade vacuum pump oil. The RVT 4104 delivers an easy, safe and practical way to protect high vacuum, oil-sealed pumps in vacuum evaporation systems. The Savant RVT4104 ultra-low temperature refrigerated vapor trap, includes a built-in temperature gauge and vacuum pump interlock to protect the pump from accidental contamination. The RVT4104 has a 4L capacity; ultra low -104°C temperature traps high volatile solvents. 0.5" ID connecting hose is a consumable and also not included The Savant RVT system is great for labs using highly volatile solvents including hexane, chloroform, acetone, and methylene chloride.
The AB Sciex Triple Quad 4500 LC/MS has built upon the popular Sciex 4000 QQQ Mass Spectrometer platform and made it even better. The Sciex 4500 has been redesigned with intelligence and performance in mind. This lcms brings you the best in quantitative sensitivity and robustness to expand upon the experiments going beyond MRM, and give you substantial improvements in data quality. The quadrupole mass spectrometer uses it’s quantitative and qualitative sensitivity to detect low analyte concentrations, a dynamic range for high to low concentrations, scan speed, and ionization source flow range. This potent lcms is equipped with Linear Ion Trap technology for more reliable quantitation over long runs.
The AB Sciex Triple Quad 4500 LC/MS is an ideal choice for research based labs dealing with regulated bioanalysis, targeted quantitative proteomics, clinical research, screening for contaminants in food or the environment, as well as ADME. The Sciex 4500 is also ideal for drug screen and pain management laboratories. This triple quadrupole mass spectrometer has been designed from the inside out to offer a powerful tool that’s more compact to take up less valuable lab space. The triple quad 4500 is also an ideal choice for UHPLC, with fast precise quantitation and ultra-fast scan speeds. This quadrupole mass spectrometer has short dwell times, as low as 1 ms, and can scan for more compounds in a single experiment than ever before, using the powerful MRM program to automatically optimize your acquisitions.
The AB Sciex Triple Quad 4500 LC/MS use triple quads equipped with linear accelerator trap technology, that delivers up to a 100-fold increase to MS/MS sensitivity, and gives a more accurate detection, quantification and confirmation of compounds. The powerful Sciex lcms lets you acquire a complete MS/MS spectrum for every compound detected and cross references it with a built-in library for confirmation. With the computational power behind this LCMS, you’re able to develop new methods, and better streamline your existing work flow.
