We offer an assortment of refurbished and used Liquid Chromatography solutions ranging from HPLC, LC/MS to FPLC. Our systems can be customized to include almost any configuration of Autosamplers, Detectors and Pumps. Some of our leading manufacturers include Agilent, HP, Waters, GE, Amersham, Dionex and Shimazdzu. Our HPLC systems such as the Agilent 1100 and 1200 Series, Akta FPLCs, and the Waters Alliance & 600 series have the option of on site training, installation and extended warranties.
Specification:
The Dionex Autoselect™ AS50 Autosampler precisely delivers from 1.0 to 99.9 µL (in 0.1 µL increments) or 100 to 1000 µL (in 1 µL increments) of sample to an injection valve. Two types of trays are available for sample vials: one for 2 mL vials and one for 10 mL vials. During sampling, the tray remains stationary and a sampling needle arm moves from vial to vial. Up to 99 injections can be taken from each vial. The AS50 can be controlled locally, from the front panel keypad and display, or remotely, with a personal computer running Chromeleon software installed. The AS50 can be configured with PEEK flow paths and components for ion chromatography (IC) applications, or with stainless steel flow paths and components for high-performance liquid chromatography applications (HPLC).

Operate at temperatures up to 110°C with no compromise in precision or accuracy. The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate TCC-3000RS Rapid Separation Thermostatted Column Compartment enables the use of high column temperatures for ultrafast and conventional liquid chromatography (LC) applications to reduce system back pressures and run times. Dispersion-reduced precolumn heating and postcolumn cooling technology ensures optimal separation, run time, and detection under challenging conditions. These low-volume cooling and heating components can be easily exchanged to optimally match column flow and mobile phase requirements.
