The Agilent 1200 Series G1314B variable wavelength detector is designed for highest optical performance, GLP compliance and easy maintenance with higher data rate (27/55Hz) for fast-HPLC, deuterium lamp for highest intensity and lowest detection limit over a wavelength range of 190 to 600 nm, the detector also features easy front access to lamp and flow cell for fast replacement, and built-in holmium oxide filter for fast wavelength accuracy verification.
The VK 7000 is designed with automation and flexibility in mind. These microprocessor-controlled instruments allow for easy manual sampling as well as direct interface with the VK 8000 Dissolution Sampling Station. The EaseAlign system for centering vessels allows the use of a variety of vessel sizes (with options of 100 mL, 200 mL, 1L (standard), and 2L and 4L vessels). These units are preconfigured to accept accessory upgrades. VK 7000 units can be fitted with a number of options including AutoTemp and Dosage Delivery capabilities. This model is easily adapted to interface directly to a variety of UV or LC systems.

The RF10AXL, Shimadzu's newest fluorescence detector for HPLC, offers a refined optical design for the ultimate in high sensitivity detection. This unit offers an improved Raman signal to noise ratio of 300 for excellent sensitivity, improved wavelength accuracy of ± 2.0 nm for strong betweenunit consistency. A newly developed ratio system compensates for lamp intensity fluctuation and provides superb noise characteristics. The RF10AXL features other enhancements including a new remote lamp on/off function to allow lamp shutdown upon run completion, and a new rugged flow cell design with elevated back pressure tolerance and backward compatibility with the RF10A. The RF10AXL has a compact, modular design and is used with an SCL10Avp system controller to complement any existing HPLC system. It easily integrates with other Shimadzu LC10A Series components via fiber optic communication cables for "plug and play" convenience in building a customized Shimadzu LC system. The RF10AXL offers many buil in GLP functions including self diagnostics, maintenance information (lamp lit hours, lamp energy), and span calibration functionality.
For more mobile phase flexibility in any ultrahigh speed and ultrahigh resolution application, the Thermo Scientific Dionex Ultimate HPG-3400RS Rapid Separation Binary Pump offers more solvent capability. With an unrivaled flow-pressure footprint, the RSLC pump is the most flexible binary UHPLC pump available. The UltiMate 3000 Binary RS pumps are capable of providing true ballistic gradients with excellent retention time precision. Together with gradient delay volumes down to 35µL, the binary pump is the first choice for any ultrahigh speed application in LC or LC/MS.
The Dionex Autoselect™ AS50 Autosampler precisely delivers from 1.0 to 99.9 µL (in 0.1 µL increments) or 100 to 1000 µL (in 1 µL increments) of sample to an injection valve. Two types of trays are available for sample vials: one for 2 mL vials and one for 10 mL vials. During sampling, the tray remains stationary and a sampling needle arm moves from vial to vial. Up to 99 injections can be taken from each vial. The AS50 can be controlled locally, from the front panel keypad and display, or remotely, with a personal computer running Chromeleon software installed. The AS50 can be configured with PEEK flow paths and components for ion chromatography (IC) applications, or with stainless steel flow paths and components for high-performance liquid chromatography applications (HPLC).
The GP50 Gradient Pump is an integral part of a Dionex chromatography system. It is a microprocessor-based, dual-piston, variable-speed, gradient delivery system designed to blend and pump mixtures of up to four different eluents at precisely controlled flow rates. The pump can deliver the selected eluent composition isocratically, or as a multistep linear or curved gradient. A Digital Signal Processor (DSP) provides high speed control of pump flow and pressure. The pump can operate as a stand-alone product or with other Dionex modules as part of a complete chromatography system. It can also be used with non-Dionex modules that meet interface requirements for software, TTL, or relay control. The pump's two basic modes of control, Direct control and Method control, enableit to operate with or without reference to time-based events.

The Agilent Technologies 1200 Series (G1310B) 1260 Infinity Isocratic Pump is a HPLC workhorse for demanding QA/QC and routine applications, designed to provide virtually pulse-free and stable solvent flow. This delivery principle allows variable stroke volume optimized to selected flow rate. The broadened pressure range with maximum pressure of 600 bar allows the use of small particle size columns, longer columns, or alternative solvents of higher viscosity. Additionally, the G1310B is the ideal pump for GPC/SEC applications where run-to-run and day-to-day precision of retention times are important.
