The modular design of the automated Leica DM6000 microscope for materials and geo science makes it possible to configure a system for every user’s specific application and preference.
The microscope can be used with all common incident light methods (brightfield, darkfield, polarization, interference contrast, fluorescence contrast), all fully automated on request. The incident light axis also has a 4x reflector disk with 2 permanently mounted positions and 2 interchangeable positions for adding reflectors or fluorescence filter cubes, which you can select from a wide range of accessories.

The LEICA DM LB offers exemplary stability as a research grade microscope, particularly for photomicrography or digital imaging. Recognized as a leading microscope for pathology, biology, botany, neuroscience and aquatic studies the LEICA DM LB can be equipped to handle any imaging task.
The Leica EL6000 external light source for enhanced fluorescence imaging connects via a liquid light guide to all Leica Microsystems’ upright, inverted, and stereo microscopes. The Leica EL6000 keeps heat away from the specimen and microscope and uses an alignment-free, mercury metal halide bulb with an extremely long lifetime of more than 2000 hours. This reduces operating costs and saves the time it takes for centering lamp housings. The Leica EL6000 has an integrated fast shutter, which is fully supported by the Leica LAS AF software.
Power Requirements:100 - 240V +/- 10%, 50/60Hz, 60W
The Leica RM 2155 microtome is a motorized rotary microtome. The specimen feed system with zero-backlash and maintenance-free cross roller guides and the step motor operated coarse feed system are located in a dust proof plastic housing. The instrument has a safety handwheel with centering handle that can be locked in any position via an electromechanical brake. Section thickness and sectioning speed are selected via control knobs. The instrument is designed and manufactured to conform with strict UL and UDE safety standards.

The Leica RM2165, a fully motorized rotary microtome for applications in the medical laboratory and for semi-thin sectioning in biomedical research and industrial quality control applications. The RM2165 is for users looking for a microtome for either their various microtomy needs or specific top-of-the-range sectioning requirements. The RM2165 is also the instrument of choice for sectioning at low temperatures in combination with the LN21 Freezing Unit.
The Leica S6 E Greenough stereomicroscope with 6.3:1 zoom allows easy, fast inspection for assembly, quality control, OEM and research applications.
Adjustable zoom stops allows fast, easy, repeatable measurements and inspections. The large field of view up to 36.5mm and high depth of field, reduces sample handling and improves inspection times.
Ergonomic 38° viewing angle provides comfort, which helps increase productivity, reduce fatigue related inspection errors and acquire precise positioning while working with incident or transmitted light. The compact design is very user friendly.
Working distance: 110 mm
Object field diameter: 36.5 mm*
Max resolution: 432lp/mm
