We offer an assortment of used and refurbished Microplate ranging from Elisa Microplate Readers, Fluorescence Microplate Readers, Luminometers to Microplate Washers. Some of our popular manufacturers include Bio-Tek, Molecular Devices, Perkin Elmer, and Titertek.
Andor’s iXon3 860 back-illuminated EMCCD is designed for very rapid imaging of low light events, combining > 500 frames/sec with single photon detection capability and > 90% Quantum Efficiency. Thermoelectric cooling down to -100°C minimizes EM-amplified darkcurrent, whereas Andor’s ‘overclocked’ vertical shift speeds minimize both clock induced charge noise and vertical smear during frame transfer.
Designed to give optimized performance in all major multilabel reading applications including reporter gene assays, cell applications, genotyping, enzyme assays, signal transduction, receptor ligand binding, imunnoassays, and quantification, also capable of fluorometry, fluorescence polarization, TR-fluorometry, luminometry, photometry, features 96-well, 384-well and 1536-well capabilities, high speed dual emission reading, high throughput light source, top and bottom reading modes for fluorescence, allows for adjustments of measurement height, configured with enhanced luminescence, and a bar code reader, comes with plate stacker unit with two 50-plate capacity stackers, a computer operating on Windows XP or Windows 7 OS with EnVision v1.12 software installed, monitor, keyboard and mouse, 100V/240V, 50/60Hz, 250VA.
The ORCA-ER is a next-generation B/W CCD digital camera using an advanced progressive scan interline CCD chip with high sensitivity in the VIS-NIR region and good noise characteristics at high frame rates. The Peltier cooled, hermetically sealed vacuum head is cooled to -20°C, reducing dark noise and minimizing thermal drift which makes this camera an ideal choice for demanding scientific and industrial applications.

The Gemini XPS Fluorescence Microplate Reader uses dual monochromators for variable wavelength selection between 250 nm and 850 nm to eliminate the need for searching out the right pair of excitation and emission filters. Dual monochromators also enable wavelength scanning across a range of wavelengths in increments as small as 1 nm to optimize assay parameters.
The Gemini XPS Microplate Reader supports a multitude of fluorescence assay categories including:
