THRIVE active airflow technology, paired with an in-chamber fan, gently distributes clean, humidified air throughout the chamber to ensure homogeneous conditions and fast recovery — typically within 10 minutes or less — after door openings. An auto-stop function disables the fan during door openings to further minimize air exchange and maintain stable culturing conditions. The unit features Thermo’s intuitive iCAN touchscreen interface for simplified operation, real-time monitoring, and trend analysis of critical parameters, along with alert notifications for changes like low gas supply. A directly heated water reservoir supports stable, high relative humidity, preventing culture desiccation, and the exclusive “Steri-Run” high-temperature sterilization cycle reaches 180°C on all chamber surfaces, independently proven to achieve a 12-log Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) without requiring separate autoclaving of parts.
