ÄKTA xpress is a chromatography system designed for automated, multistep protein purification of both single and multiple samples.
- Unattended purification: Built-in purification knowledge combines software, hardware, and prepacked columns to eliminate time-consuming manual tasks.
- Highest possible purity: Optimized protocols with up to four steps will deliver tagged proteins of near 100% purity. Built-in cleaning procedures between MAb samples to minimize carry over
- High productivity: Each module can purify up to four proteins. The modular design offers adaptability to meet increased throughput needs.
