The Milli-Q EQ 7008 is an advanced, “tap-to-ultrapure” water purification system designed to produce both Type 1 (ultrapure) and Type 3 (reverse osmosis) water directly from a potable tap source. This dual-output capability makes it a versatile central workstation for modern laboratories, supporting everything from basic glassware rinsing to high-sensitivity analytical techniques.
Engineered with a focus on sustainability and “walk-away” convenience, the EQ 7008 utilizes a modular “All-in-One” processing unit that can be tucked under-bench or wall-mounted to maximize workspace. The system integrates advanced purification technologies—including reverse osmosis, IQnano ion-exchange media, and UV oxidation—to ensure consistent delivery of 18.2 MOhm.cm water with extremely low organic contamination (TOC <= 5 ppb). Its intelligent control system features a large touchscreen interface for real-time monitoring and a remote Q-POD dispensing arm for ergonomic, high-precision delivery.
