Inceptum utilizes chromatographic, two-column purification with chemistries such as affinity, ion-exchange, and Ni-NTA. It offers gradient elution and can exchange your protein or nucleic acid into a convenient buffer during purification. The cartridge includes all required reagents and is designed to prevent cross-contamination between samples. Ideal for R&D, the “open” cartridge also supports continuous scale-up with flow rates from a fraction of mL/min to 50 mL/min.
