The Thermo Scientific Cryo 100 is a heavy duty, self-maintaining cryo storage system designed to safeguard your samples. This cryo system also has alarm contacts for remote monitoring. The Cryo 100 storage system itself is sturdily constructed, and set on heavy duty casters for easy movement. The low profile tank is vacuum insulated, and is built out of stainless steel. A counterbalanced lid with foamed in place, high density polyurethane insulation and two independent lid gaskets helps maintain temperature and maybe locked along with the control panel to prevent accidental tampering. Upon opening of the chamber an automatic defogger improves visibility, making retrieval faster and more efficient.

This state-of-the-art Cryogenic System can be used in either liquid or vapor phase. Worthington Industries K SERIES Cryostorage Systems are designed for applications where extremely low temperature storage of biological products is required. They are also appropriate for industrial or other applications where liquid nitrogen temperatures and high capacity are needed. The K SERIES style refrigerator is designed for, but not limited to, the laboratory environment. The standard model is equipped with a Worthington Industries approved electronic liquid level controller that will monitor and control the supply of liquid nitrogen to the unit.
The Worthington Industries High Capacity (HC) Series of cryogenic refrigerators is designed for long-term storage of biological material at liquid nitrogen temperature. Seven different models offer a variety of choices between sample storage capacity and holding time, while offering easier access to stored materials due to larger neck openings. Applications range from industrial to laboratory, biological and non-biological material. A low profile (12HCL) model is available for applications where a shorter unit is needed.
Features include a ribbed, high-strength aluminum body with a magniformed necktube design, a snap-on cap and necktube for tight closure and easy access.
Optional equipment includes liquid withdrawal device, tipping stand, dippers and roller base (for some models).
