This versatile and highly reliable pump offers flow rates up to 10 mL/min and pressures up to 600 bar. It is suited for the use of smaller particle size columns giving higher resolution and faster separations. It maintains virtually pulse-free, well mixed and stable solvent flows. Its dual floating, precise servo-controlled pistons adjust the stroke volume according to your chosen flow rate. Offering access to up to four solvents, the 1260 Infinity II Quaternary Pump provides the greatest flexibility in automated solvent blending. It is recommended for a wide range of research and routine applications (especially in the food, environmental and pharmaceutical sectors) as well as for method development.
The Agilent 1260 Infinity II Diode Array Detector WR offers multiple wavelengths and full spectral detection at up to120 Hz sampling rate, keeping up with the analysis speed of fast LC. Even at high data rates, the 1260 Infinity II DAD WR enables precise identification, quantification, and peak purity analysis at trace levels. Maximum flexibility is guaranteed with a wide wavelength range of 190 to 950 nm with dual-lamp design, as well as the choice of 12 analytical, preparative and SFC flow cells.
The Agilent Technologies 1200 Series (G1310B) 1260 Infinity Isocratic Pump is a HPLC workhorse for demanding QA/QC and routine applications, designed to provide virtually pulse-free and stable solvent flow. This delivery principle allows variable stroke volume optimized to selected flow rate. The broadened pressure range with maximum pressure of 600 bar allows the use of small particle size columns, longer columns, or alternative solvents of higher viscosity. Additionally, the G1310B is the ideal pump for GPC/SEC applications where run-to-run and day-to-day precision of retention times are important.
1260 Infinity - G1322A
The Agilent 1260 Infinity Standard Degasser G1322A comprises a 4- channel vacuum container, including 4 tubular plastic membranes, and a vacuum pump.
The Binary pump is designed for highest performance, GLP compliance and easy maintenance.
It includes the following features:
• Seal wash for continued high lifetime of pump seals for buffer applications.
• Solvent selection valve for method flexibility.
• Jet Weaver for optimum mixing performance with a minimum of delay volume.
• Automatic purge function for ease of use and unattended preparation of the system.
• Auto tuning of the delivery cycle for compensation of elasticity and solvent volume change effects (compressibility, thermal expansion, mixing contraction).
• Solvent selection for optimum flow and composition accuracy.
• Fast defill function for improved intake and delivery performance.
• Two pistons in series design for increased reliability.
• High resolution piston movement control for smooth and reliable motion.
The Agilent 1290 Infinity Flexible Cube is an auxiliary module for the 1290 Infinity Autosampler with a built-in pump to facilitate enhanced flushing capabilities and to reduce carry-over. With access to three solvents, critical sections of flow path can be flushed at high flow rates. Automated back-flushing of the injection needle-seat achieves the absolute lowest sample carryover for LC and LC/MS applications. In addition, the Flexible Cube hosts up to two Agilent Quick-Change valves. For utmost flexibility, choose among Agilent’s broad portfolio of available valve heads suitable up to 1200 bar. The valves can be controlled independently for any demanding valve-switching application.
The Agilent 1290 Infinity Thermostatted Column Compartment is a stackable temperature-controlled column compartment for LC. It is available as standalone module or as a component of an Agilent 1290 Infinity system. It is used for heating and cooling to meet extreme requirements of retention time reproducibility.
The 1525 and 1525 with EF heads are integrated, high-pressure, binary HPLC pumps that feature on-board pulse dampening and efficient mixing. Their pulse-free solvent flow, from analytical to semi-preparative flow rates, makes them ideal for use with highly sensitive detectors.
Designed for use with 2 to 4.6 mm I.D. columns in routine LC and LC/MS applications, these pumps have a programmable flow-rate range of 0.00 to 10.00 mL/min in 0.01 mL increments.
Water Bath and Circulators
Designed for deeper vacuum draw, this vacuum pump pulls vacuum down to 75 microns. Precision machined one-stage pump removes moisture from air conditioning systems to safely add refrigerant. This one stage vacuum pump is ideal for automotive air conditioning, HVAC work and other operations that require high vacuum pull from a compact pump.
The Parker 20H high purity hydrogen gas generators offer the optimum combination of safe operation, reliability and performance.
